I ordered ube coconut roll as requested by the bday celebrant and went home only to find out that the lady gave me mocha🤨
Lack of attention to details on the part of red ribbon lady staff resulting to a disappointed bday celebrant.
Next time, I will ask the staff to open the box....

We don't live near any Red Ribbon locations so whenever we're in this neighborhood. We tend to go a little crazy and stock up on their delicious baked goods!
We love all the different flavors of the pan de sal and hopia. Can't forget their freshly baked pork siopao and crunchy turon! Yummy 😋

Their staff is rude and unwilling to answer questions about their own cakes. Manager and staff not friendly at all do not support this corporate trash buy from local businesses.

Red Ribbon Bakeshops are always good, no matter where you go. The cakes and pastries are very light and not overly sweet.
