I ordered ahead of time using sb mobile app. Pulled up to the drive thru window, they gave my order and said everything is inside the bag. Didn’t even bothered to look at it because I trust them. Got to work just to find out items are missing. They want me to go all the way back for a refund. What a waste of time.

they open at 5am. I get there at 5am and see the workers just arriving so I decide to give them some time to setup. at 5:30am I head over to the drive thru and they ignore me and the car in front of me. there was one worker outside chilling and two other women behind the counter. the thing that bothered me most is the eye contact we made for a split second before she pretended not to see me. do better

I am a regular customer of the coffee shop. Workers on the drive thru window are always nice. However, there are some things that need managers' attention. First, we often get only a half of drinks' cups. If I ordered a medium size I pay for that and expect to get this, not a small one (or even less). Second, about organizing the drive thru service. Today morning we stayed in line as other cars for over a half hour just because one car in front who had a huge order. The line with cars to the drive thru was even on Alvarado Blvd. (a safety issue). Such situations can be resolved, for instance, by serving huge orders on the parking lot so others do not need to stay so long time including on the boulevard for a cup of coffee. These problems, if it won't be solved, can lead to loosing permanent customers and also potential customers. Managers, take care of it!
