The chicken wasn't cook fully, fries was old (tasted like recook fries😔), the drinks taste like colorful Alka seltzer. I'm thinking the food and drinks were as such because it was 9pm 🤔🤷♀️ ... NOW Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!! Hats off to the young lady! As we waited for the food to be freshly cooked (signature sandwich), it was still sloppy, not to mentioned I had to go to the window to get sauces as requested. Anyway, thanks though

The drinks are flat syrup. They have failed to get my order correct multiple times. On top of that, on a recent food order my boneless wings were COMPLETELY RAW.
The manager was nice and equally as horrified as I was, but she can't save this place's shortcomings. Avoid this Zaxby's at all costs, their food will get you and your kids sick. If you NEED your Zax fix, there are much better Zaxby's on Flat Shoals one exit up and on SR74 one exit down.

I love this Zaxby’s but last night I had fried batter instead of wings. I had warm flexible fries instead of crunchy seasoned fries they normally give out. I don’t know what they were doing last night but it wasn’t up to there normal standard. I will be back later this year and hopefully they fixed there problems.

Usually satisfied with service but this time the wait was too long and after all that I had to ask for my drink...Lastly once I got home my apple juice I ordered for my 2yr old step son was not in the bag with his kids meal where it's usually found. Just too many errors in one visit for me!

Line was extremely long. Ordered quick. Received food quick. Didn't get all the condiments I ordered & paid for (double check b4 pulling off). Fried pickles were the worst I've ever seen any fried pickle in life. One of my wings had more bone than meat. Everything else was fine.

Love a good salad and Zaxby's ALWAYS delivers! The Cobb Zalad is my favorite. With my dairy allergy, they let me customize! AWESOME sauces too!

Staff was Nice. Food was great. 1st time there since we don't have them in Northern Indiana.

They just opened and weren't really ready for customers. My fries were cold, no ketchup in the machine and the tea tasted old. My table wasn't clean as were others. Was given a choice on my meal.
