Papa Johns Pizza

They didn’t ring the doorbell or knock bell or knock when the delivery arrived AFTER WAITING AN HOUR! We ordered a supreme pizza with chicken instead of ham and sausage. Instead, with opened our pizza box to see meatballs, cheese and barbecue sauce?!! Highly unacceptable for pizza lovers on the south side of Atlanta.

I always order from here with no issue but today was different. I ordered 2 pizzas, left a $7 tip and ONLY received one pizza. I called right away to notify them of my missing pizza and was told the 2nd one would be sent right out. Time passed and nothing! Called back and spoke with the store manager to rectify the issue and she refused to give me her name and hung up in my face. $39.39 for one ONE pizza and HORRIBLE customer service.

I placed an order here and it was wrong. No problem, I kindly called back and I was offered a free pizza. I called back maybe two weeks later to redeem my free pizza and they messed that up too. The general manager or a women named Shawntelle was very rude and not helpful. She claimed she was the general manager but I highly doubt it.

I worked here for months working 50 plus hours a week. I was fine working here and left on good terms now it comes time to get w2s and the managers wanted to hang up the phone on me telling me there's nothing they can do. Although when I was working there had spilled food on the floor was told to rinse it off. They would put the dough in the walk in overnight. And serve it half raw the next day. My last week there we failed our third cleaning inspection and the district manager had said he would come back and say he couldnt make it so he didn't have to put it down on paper. Also had a girl who would put in her own tips if costumers said they didn't want a receipt. Told managment they suddenly a few customers complained so far.

The Papa John’s in Union City, GA should be shut down! The food used to be pretty good, but not anymore. It’s always loud and dirty in the store! They NEVER answer the phone in a timely manner. Since COVID-19, I’ve received burnt/cold/half-cooked pizza and wings...today it was my Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread! It was so dry and burnt, it’s ridiculous! I’m done with them! I’ll have to find a new pizza place! That cinnamon was dry!!!

This location used to deliver food in a timely manner. For the last 6 months or so, they’ve either delivered the pizza cold and two hours later or they delivered the incorrect order two hours later. Papa Johns - please stop using whatever delivery service you’ve started using and go back to delivering your own pizzas. It’s not working out for you and the customers are over it.

Horrible experience!!! I placed an order for delivery and was given about a 65 minute wait time...no problem. Food arrived cold and wings were missing. I waited over 45 minutes on phone to speak with a manager. They never picked up. I will let them have it but I will never ever order from there again. Just pick up a store brought pizza. Save your money and the headache of not getting what you paid for.😒
