Krystal

This place is an absolute pit. I was on a long distance drive and I was craving Krystal burgers. I eat healthy most often but on this long distance solo drive I saw an interstate sign that said Krystals. I drove past that sign and then I wanted to have Krystals. So I waited until the next town came up that had Krystals to pull off the interstate. I drove quite a while until I saw the next one, and it happened to be in Union City Georgia. I pulled in and I asked for 12 cheese Krystals, hold the mustard add ketchup. I waited for quite a while, which is fine. As I sat there in the drive-through I looked around and I saw trash literally blowing everywhere. It was obvious they haven't cleaned the parking lot in possibly weeks. When I received my burgers I promptly got back on the interstate and started to continue on my long drive. As I was eating them the first 2 or 3 were very hot, and it was obvious they were fresh. After that they were cold. I don't mean a little cold I mean they were old and cold. As I drove down the interstate I believed they forgot to put the ketchup on because the burgers were so dry. I could not even taste ketchup. I turned on the car light and I noticed that there was literally a drop or 2 of ketchup on each Burger, which is why I couldn't even taste it. As I was driving I actually had a Burger that was crunchy. I quickly rolled down my window and threw it out the window. God only knows what I ate. I hope it was just an extremely stale bun. I have included a photograph of the drop of ketchup I received on all of my burgers. They should just close this dump down because it doesn't even have a lobby. Thank God this is not the Krystals that is in my town because this place is actually disgustingly horribly bad. I noticed there were many, many fast food choices in this small town called Union City. If you are considering stopping here just go somewhere else. As I looked over all their reviews on Google it doesn't surprise me that they rate so poorly.

We eat here everyday but now I'm done I ignore the fact that my order is always wrong and takes too long either way I still like the food but now the spicy chicken wings are not spicy they are just salty the chili cheese fries are nasty now they have beans in the chili and it's watery the cheese has no taste anymore and the ranch is really bad the ranch before was always really bad but the new one is worse. I just don't understand why the company would change the menu I guess because it's the holidays and maybe it was to save money but I really wish that the menu would go back...the food was better

Worst service ever. From another state. Everyone said go to Krystal burger. Yeah.. This place was terrible.. They seriously gave us 2 Napkins for. 5 people.. We bought 24 burgers. And 5 drinks 5 fries... So it was not cheap. But we were treated terrible. The girl even rolled her eyes and said white people when I asked for more Napkins s and ketchup.

Fast-food shouldn't be cooked to order. We went there on the tail end of lunch time, expecting to be in and out. No customizations, just the standard burgers and lil' chic things. After waiting in line at the drive through for 20 minutes, we were then asked to pull behind the car that had been in front of us, to wait on the food. No explanation of what we were waiting for, or how long to expect. After 15 of the 20 additional minutes wasted, and watching other drivers leave with their food, people from both cars walked up to the window to enquire about the food, only to be greeted with attitude and rolling eyes. By the time I got the food I was so angry that I couldn't appreciate if it was good or not, honestly. They need a complete overhaul of management and front facing staff from my experience. I will not return.

This is the worst and slowest Krystal's I've ever been to. The employees (and manager) all had attitude and did not look motivated to do their job. They were giving food to cars that were not pulled. And one lady was Waiting over thirty minutes for 6 burgers. Overall speed of service and customer service was terrible would not recommend anyone to get food here

I use to work hear the managers are off the chain, When I worked here we were always out of products . The managers leave the store unsupervised, steals and always are late , almost every day there was some one who couldn’t come in . The general manager crystal lively is never at work , she has no control, and always is sick or out of town on her off days. She’ll leave the store a mess when she is there Also to mention they hide the work phone so customers couldn’t. Complain this place needs a to be investigated
