Dunkin'

Today, I was at Dunkin’ Donuts and my son is a 5 year old and like all kids, he likes coffee drinks, but he can not drink coffee so I ask for chocolate milk on ice, with whipped topping. Typically, at this location and others, which I patronize more than once daily, the employees laugh, tell me it’s a great idea, and they prepare it and charge me accordingly. This particular day, today 6/15/2022, the girl at the drive-thru told me that they don’t do that. I told her that I come there everyday and they do it. She tried to go back and forth telling me that she’s there 12 hours everyday and that I was lying. I then told her to just give me the ice cup and the milk and my other drinks. She had an attitude so bad that she snatched my card and handed me the other drink. She then told me to pull ahead to get my other drink. I went inside to assure that my daughter’s drink was prepared properly. The other employee, which was a young black girl, said that she apologized for her actions. I got the drink and got in my car. The female with the attitude came outside of the building cursing me out and threaten me as I pulled off. While my kids were in the car. I told her that she had other customer’s and that she needed to go back in and tend to them. She refused and continued to argue. She only went back in once I pulled my phone out and started to record her. I called the number on the receipt, and of course, she answered

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. Idk what’s happening on the inside but the croissants I use to order from here tasted good. Today I received one I ordered and it taste like chemicals and taste burnt even tho it wasn’t. It’s absolutely disgusting. Tbh, the only thing good here now is the coffee but other than that, don’t eat the food. It taste terrible.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. After placing my order. The lady at the window read out 3 different orders that weren't mine before she got it right. I ordered a Mangonada, paid for it at 10:45, got it at 11:15. Crazy, it's only a drink!! Im on vacation from Cali. I go to Dunkin at least twice a week on my way to work. Never any complaints. Clearly this one is missing the mark!!!!. Find a different location.

I stopped thru bc they have Baskin Robbins at this location. I order 2 h n cheese wakeup wraps along with my capachiinno blast and when I opened the bag, there were tons of burnt crumbs all over the tortilla. They clearly do not clean the oven. It was gross. Couldn't eat it and they don't answer the phone either. I will not drive out of my way again.
