Outback Steakhouse

Best Blooming onion - ever! Z., Cassie, and Dane (the General Manager) checked to see oif we were enjoying our meal. And of course, we were! The service is superb - and the food is both delicious and filling! Try the French onion soup - they do it right! Love this place - best Outback Steakhouse - anywhere!

Our server Marvin S. was amazing and did a wonderful job. The food however not so great. Blooming onion was very over fried and taste like old oil and had no onion flavor, cold when it came to the table. Ceaser salad was so overly coated in dressing I was almost unable to eat it. Sadly majority of our food came out barely warm.

Slow service, poorly cooked food. We were seated right away but it took 20 minutes to get a waiter to take our order. When we did finally get our food our salads had little to no dressing. When my steak finally made it to the table, ordered medium, it was practically raw in the middle. This was on a Wed night around 8 pm and the place was not that busy. This is the third time in the last few months at 3 different locations where I have been very dissatisfied with outback steakhouse. For the prices they charge the service and quality is sorely lacking. I will not be back to any of their locations for a very long time, if ever. If I could I would give them zero stars.

Arriving about 4:15 on Saturday the seating was less than 1/2 full. After a 10 minute wait to order it took 40 minutes to get our order. My sirloin was a beautiful medium well to well done, unfortunately I had ordered it medium which is quite a bit of difference in doneness adding to the quality of taste in a steak. It also took our waiter a significant amount of time to get back to us at the end of the meal because he was also mixing drinks for other customers. Over all for the number of customers I would have thought there would have been a better service not to mention some training on the grill for the cost of the meal.
