Daylight Donuts

The line went quick, which is nice because it was early morning on my way to work. I asked the cashier what kind of bagels they had and she responded, "plain and with seeds". I wanted more information but all she knew was that it had seeds on it. I was feeling adventurous so I ordered it. I got one glazed donut, one black coffee, and a bagel with seeds. Turns out it was an everything bagel. The bagel was nicely toasted, the donut had too much glaze for my taste, and the coffee tasted like had been sitting for a while. The main reason for such a low score was the fact the cashier didn't know her product and I was asked to pull around to wait for it to toast (it took about 10 minutes). I'd go again if just for a quick coffee.

Great donuts but rude customer service. I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes with no help. Went in and waited at the counter for just as long while 2 employees laughed and chatted in the back. I had to call out for help. The employee discounted me, rolled her eyes and refused to apologize. She made a snide comment as I was leaving. I will be taking my business to Dixie Cream.

When I think of donuts I think of freshly baked and glazed donuts.... not week old stale donuts that would better be used as bricks. I cannot even joke about how bad the donuts were. I couldn't bite through it without feeling like I was about to chip my teeth on it. Also, don't even get me started on the condition of the building inside and out. There is damage everywhere from God only knows what.

Today I went by to get some donuts and a coke. They were out of ice. They didn’t have any bottled cokes. And they had very limited donuts! My recommendation would be to shut the place down and go to the grocery store to purchase supplies! And this has not been the first time this has happened there either!

Donuts may be OK, but the building is awful. It looks like they ran out of money half way through renovations. The womens restroom was gross. You have to pick the soap dispenser up off the sink to wash your hands. The door is sticky and gross and the paper towel dispenser didn't work. There is a huge hole in the wall in front of the restrooms. Just hit the drive thru and try not to have too complicated of an order.

Got there at 6 a.m. all the lights were out in the store set there for 15 minutes call their other store in Hahira and was told they would get someone right away down there set there another half hour no one's there. Call hahira again and they said they would be someone there eventually that they forgot they had to work or something. Not the first time this has happened. Went down the street 2 Holts and there was 7 people working . Crazy I know ....daylight seems to be headed for twilight.
