Osaka Hibachi & Sushi

Food was actually good, the vegetables were really fresh and crunchy. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, the chicken was nice and tender but the steak while some pieces were cooked a little to much were still very good. I actually like the way they had the rice and that it was nice and soft. Would definitely go back.

Took awhile for the food to come out, but everything was delicious- the pieces of fish are cut thick and they don't pad their rolls with rice, unlike other restaurants. The seaweed salad, the fish- everything was good quality. They also have a naruto roll (a roll wrapped in cucumber rather than rice and nori) which I'm always happy to find on a menu.

I can’t the shrimp and steak I received had no flavor Whatsoever. It’s sad because it’s my first time here and I gave them a shot. I said no veggies and they still gave me veggies.I will post pictures but they literally look like a true blonde steak in a container I just threw some teriyaki sauce on top of it I am very disappointed.

I wish I could give a 0…..Trickery is what it is . I really want my money BACK. The best thing you get is a reusable bowl. A plate full of rice and the noodles are just awful. They keep all the meat with them bc it’s not on your plate at all. It is very disgusting and uneatable. The younger man don’t care who works the register. Keep your money in your pocket.

I ordered 3 Hibachi meals. I received them via Door Dash. Could not get through to them so I called the restaurant. I spent total of $80 after all the fees and taxes. I tried to tell the owner about the meal. I ordered steak and shrimp. We each received 3 pieces of shrimp, and 5 very tiny and overcooked steak. We hardly received any veggies either. The whole meal was mushy scorched rice. When I tried to tell the owner he kept putting it back on Door Dash. I told him I could not get through. I waited on hold for almost an hour...he proceeded to tell me about Door Dash rules. I told him I was fully aware of the rules but I could not get through. He proceeded to tell me I did not know anything. All I wanted was them to re-do my order. He was extremely rude and not willing to help me at all.
