Dick's Wings

The food is 2-3 stars, but the service is 5 stars. Madison, the server, was very sweet. Didn't have to ask for a refill, because she paid attention. Another woman was in there as well waiting on the table in front of me and noticed she was kind and attentive as well. Food was okay, but not good enough to be in a hurry back. The mild sauce is not your typical mild at all, just a heads up for anyone that doesn't like spicy or might be ordering for children. Nothing I would rave about or choose over other restaurants, and it seems weird to charge extra to sauce the chicken in a chicken wrap, but to each their own.

The service was great the chicken was not barely had anything on their menu and the grilled chicken tastes like they take it slapef in the microwave and like they've never heard of seasoning no salt and pepper nothingness nasty grilled chewy microwave chicken they did refund or take my meal off but still the menu is not much at all anymore and they don't have half the stuff that they used to but like I said on the bright side the service was really good. The The pretzel appetizers are really good they are on point and my french fries were really good but that sandwich don't let looks be deceiving

We went yesterday for some wings. At first, I was shocked that there was only one girl working by herself. After being served not only in a timely manner, but with excellent service, I see why they only needed her. Madison, you were an amazing server yesterday. You made me and my husbands experience magnificent. Food came out in a timely manner and tasted fantastic. She informed us they only had one cook yesterday, and may I add the food tasted fantastic. We will be back very soon, I hope to have this same experience!

We got there at 4:30. Got our drinks, took the girl over 45 to return to us to order our food. She dropped our appetizer so we had to wait extra for it. And we just waited the rest of the time with empty glasses(35min). I could understand if they were packed n super busy but we were her only table and the people that came 30 min after us had already got their food n everything from their waitress.

Disappointing. Wings were ok, but little...Barely any seasoning... but they did make them well done like I asked. They forgot my extra side of sauce that I paid for and didn't notice until I left. Was too tired and hungry to turn around. They were not busy so that was annoying. Loaded fries were disgusting. Tasted like grease and nothing else. And there was no sour cream put on them or in the bag. Not even ranch could save them. Waste of $10. The staff was friendly and courteous tho. Just disappointed I spent $30 and was still hungry.

I was debating on going here with my friend due to it only having 4 stars. That's close to 3.9 to me and goes against my personal rule of only going to restaurants with 4.3 stars and above. However, my friend insisted, and I agreed to go. Once we arrived, the customer service was phenomenal. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. We sat and ordered our adult beverages, which were tasty. The food on the other hand, not so much. My friend ordered the cajun ranch wings and a salad and I ordered the lemon pepper wings. Our server advised that the lemon pepper was a dry rub and asked if that was ok. I said no, and started to look for another flavor. Our server then advised that they could use another type of flavor to add with the dry rub that would make the wings wet. I obliged the recommendation. Once the food came, they'd forgotten to mix my wings with the separate flavor that our server suggested. So, she brought it out for me to mix myself. My wings were rather bland and mighty tasteless. I used the dip to enhance the flavor. I was going to give them 3 stars until my friend then noticed that her salad was not clean and had dirt on the iceburg lettuce. After she'd already eaten some and began to bite down on grits of dirt. The manager came over and comped the salad. All while continuing their great customer service. I personally will not be visiting this restaurant again. But if you do, I would advise you all NOT to order the lemon pepper flavored wings. Oh, and the bathroom smelled horrible. Gag worthy even.

Nice staff they were great don't get me wrong. It's very awkwardly quiet in there and they got a claw machine that constantly plays that typical song on it. (Sounds like a terrible remix of Ellie Gouldings, Dance the Night Away. You know the one lol) It's like all you hear. The boneless wings were pretty much just small pieces of chicken breast with an extremely light breading. A dusting of coater if you will. If you're gonna go there for wings you better try the bone-in instead. Fry portion was small. Drink prices were okay I suppose for just Bud Light. Maybe at night it could be better, but I don't recommend going there for lunch or something.
