Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Place a call in order and the lady didn't understand me and couldn't get it correct. I told her disregarded and hung up. She called me back twice and still got the order wrong. When she finally got it right over the phone and we confirmed it, when I had my daughter to pick it up she gave her the wrong order. I went in the store to get a refund for the order she overcharged me for and told her to take out the money for the right order she didn't do it. I was so frustrated after having her make my order over so it'll be warm I just left.

I have never had an bad experience with this restaurant . Everything has always been very quick and I’ve been pleased with the food . Tonight was a little bit crowded than normal . There was only two cooks which they did a good job with taking orders and following their guide lines the only problem I had is that once I got home to ate dinner my , Lo Mein was very dry no seasoning or no sauce on the noodles it tasted as if they had just poured water and cook everything together with oil . My chicken was fried very hard to the point that there was no meat to eat but plenty skin to crunch on . My 2 orders of shrimp fried was was very disgusting. I’m.very upset that I spend $39.00 and it went to waste I wish I would’ve tasted the food before driving home . I sat patiently and waited on my food for and hour after ordering because I felt bad for the two employers and I knew they were trying there best but again I won’t be returning back . Went there with great trepidation based on other reviews, but I found the food to be fabulous. Better than what I get at my local joints at home. Was traveling and this was out of the way for me, but glad I took the time. The egg drop soup was very flavorful, the fried dumplings fresh, and I am not normally a General Tsao fan as most places over fry it and it is dry, but the chicken was nice and moist and not over battered.
