Great American Cookies

In search of the perfect farewell cake for a coworker and friend to share at our weekly gathering at Georgia Beer Company. I ordered this cookie cake online without speaking to anyone. When I arrived to pick up the cake I was more than pleased and so happy with the outcome! Not only did Tonya nail the colors and design with the wording as my friend who is moving is a huge West Virginia fan, she chose to add her own personal touch by including a chocolate beer glass!! Tonya @ the Valdosta mall made this cookie cake one that was truly personalized and shared the sentiment in art form! ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! THANKS TONYA!

The staff at this place were truly amazing. My daughter 2nd birthday is today and I didn't know what to do. She loves baby sharka doo and she had been singing the song all morning. I went to the mall to request a cookie cake for the next day but instead the manager had it done for me within an hour!!! I was so happy and pleased with their service, I will be going back again. They had cookies ready to order and a square cookie cake. They used that square cookie cake and turned into a circle and did a marvelous job for my baby birthday. Thank you manager and staff for making my baby's today so wonderful!!! The baby shark mouth was perfect but the drive home messed it up, lol! Great job team!!

I called last minute for a cake. She told me a basic cake without design was all she could do on such short notice. To my surprise when I picked it up she had done the design I had mentioned on the phone. She was the only person working and got it done with 30 minutes notice. Thank you Ketina for making my son's birthday cake in such a short amount of time. Always a good experience when I order from here.

Staff was very rude when I called in to place a order of an undecorated cookie cake for tonight..girl answered the phone with a rude "hello" I asked if there was any cookie cakes available now or how long would it take to make one after arguing with a coworker back and forth for a minute and a few hisses and blows in phone she finally said "I have a 16 inch in freezer" so I said "great is that a yes?" and she hung up on me. Publix gladly filled my order and was polite.Wont deal with "Great" American Cookie again! Their customer service has alot to be desired!

If I could choose A BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD. My son’s birthday cookie was supposed to be ready at 4:30. I went at 6:15 to pick it up and it was not ready. The business had my phone number and could have called me. Now my son doesn’t have a cake for his birthday party tonight !!!!! Same exact thing happened a couple of years ago when I ordered from here ! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN !!! This was in Valdosta Georgia

I’ve ordered a total of 4 cakes with the most recent one being a custom order and this place exceeded by expectations by far! Daphne did an awesome job on the decorating. The customer service is always wonderful. Everyone is friendly. The cakes are fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering again!
