I hate giving bad reviews but, every time I come in the manager uses a tone that is unacceptable for coworkers and guests. When the line gets long he seems to loose his cool. The sandwiches go from well built, to slapped together. The attitude goes from friendly, to sarcastically rude. This goes for the employees working with him to the guests. When he reaches over the other worker to rush for the vegetables, his shirt brushes over the sandwiches. 🤢 Tone and sarcastic comments are not for the work environment. Period. He seems like a nice guy, probably needs a little customer service training and this would make employee hiring easier. I've seen a ton of workers come and go, maybe it's a tough environment to work in? 🤔 I hope he considers this review with humbleness not anger or pride. **my double meat was missing the ham on the bmt but I don't blame him in this work environment.

This subway does not marinade their meatballs they stick meatballs in the microwave and throw cold marinara sauce on them when I told the so-called district manager that I was unhappy with this and I’d like to choose another sandwich, he put my money back on my card that I won’t see it for three days and refused me another sandwich, if you’re a meatball lover definitely don’t go here, if you appreciate good service definitely definitely don’t go here. Me I prefer to spend my money where they appreciate my business and the food is edible. This so-called district manager did not care that I was unhappy with my food when did restaurant stop caring if the customer was happy. Very disappointing

Ordered online for pkup. Called on phone after order was placed to tell them I'd be a few minutes late. Nobody would answer the phone. Got there and opened up my sandwich and it was soggy. The bread was soaked with sauce. Probably would of been okay if they would of toasted it longer, as I asked them to. Response from Manager, it was already toasted once. So I said can u make me another sandwich. Response was no, you were late. Totally unprofessional. I then said, so I gotta each this, look at it. I just spent 10.61 for a combo. Obviously the Manager doesn't care about pleasing his customers. Ya know Good Customer Service like most places have. He had a bad attitude. TY

Ordered & prepaid online when I arrived order hadn’t been started .Upon making order turns out they ran out of many items on top of that I had to get one sandwich redone due to the flies landing on sandwiches while being prepared.What could’ve been an easy in and out turned into a 45 min hassle. I won’t be back.

Placed a online order pick up time was 7:50pm when we got there it looked closed it was almost 8pm. They had the door locked we knocked for 15 min finally the ladies that were just staring at us opened the door. They hadn’t made the order so my nephew waited for them to make it. They informed us the closing time was 8pm do to low staff. Maybe changing the hrs online would help.

Did not like their customer service here They were Rude and had attitudes. They made funny faces towards us. Messed up Two subs. They did not try to be happy to help You need to keep a good face doesn’t matter if you don’t want to work, why get a job at a place where you know your going to be helping people out. And not even try to be happy to help.
