Rice Bowl

Have been visiting this place several times. They offer the best options of Asian cuisines. This store is near YMCA Campo so it's very convenient for me to grab dinner after gym. Their creamy Crab Rangoons, Spring Rolls Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Thai Red Curry and especially Pho Noodle Soup (must try) are my go to dishes of this place. Check them out if you want some comforting Asian dishes!

I've been missing out!! I'm mad I didn't know about this gem sooner. I was so pleased by the customer service when I called for a pick-up order. The girl was so kind - even being super busy when we arrived. I was surprised that we got 3 items for less than $20. This is some of the best takeout I've had in a while. Very fresh food, great prices & super sweet employees. Truly blown away!

This little gem was referred to me by the owner of Cuban Cafe a few shops down. This was my second time going there and the food was delicious again! I got the black spider roll, vegetable spring rolls and the steamed pork dumplings. Everything was hot and fresh and so yummy. Their customer service is great also. You're greated as soon as you walk in the door with a smile and hello.

I had a less than desirable experience here. It's very clean and smells nice with nice decor. However opon coming in, I told the waitress it was my first time, I had to grab a menu and she told me to sit and she'll be with me soon. I proceeded to look through the menu. Plenty of options which all looked great with decent prices. However upon waiting, as the only customer here, I got to listen to the waitress talk on the phone about how hungry she was and she was making a tuna poke bowl for herself. She then proceeded to discuss her weekend plans and just walk all over the kitchen on her phone. After waiting close to ten minutes I decided to leave and find food elsewhere. Upon putting the menu back on the counter, she yelled at me saying she thought I was waiting for a Togo order. Not a single apology as I walked out. I may give this place another try later down the road.

I’ve ordered a Teriyaki or Bourbon chicken (it was teriyaki not Bourbon even though we ordered it as Bourbon but no big deal) with fried rice with no vegetables 3 times in the past 3 weeks. We also asked for extra teriyaki sauce on the side (which we happily paid extra for). We also offered to pay extra for the fried rice. Tonight I called and was told they would no longer do any substitutions on any items due to new ownership. I told her we ordered that and paid extra all the time and was told she didn’t care. I can understand if we didn’t want to pay extra to fry the rice, add some egg and some soy sauce or pay for a large amount of Teriyaki sauce (I paid an extra $1.50 for three small containers last time but didn’t mind at all). This time I was shocked with the attitude of the new owner. But, with so many other choices in this area for dinner, why would I want to go back? Moral of the story: no matter how good your food is, if your customer is treated poorly after offering to pay almost double for a simple request, then maybe you’re in the wrong business. We will not be going back there again.

the family or group cannot decide what they want for lunch one person wants sushi another wants Thai and somebody wants vietnamese iced coffee and a Ramune the solution is to go here to the Rice Bowl and be welcomed by the genuine and very talented chefs, sushi master and friendly faces for an epic dining experience. I tried the creative Sushi Burrito which had a flavor explosion. Becky, Not, Kenny and all the people are fantastic. Delicious expertly crafted crave satisfying no matter what your in the mood for. I would take a picture of the food but it's a empty plate!
