Placed an online order around 12:25pm on 3/20/22. App said order was ready for pickup at 12:40pm. I went in and was informed by the only employee working that he had not started on it yet. I asked how long it would take and was informed he would start it once the sandwich he was currently making was finished. I said “okay, No problem. I’ll return in 10 min”. I went back to my car and waited until I saw the customer that was being helped had left. I returned back to the store about 5 minutes later and the employee was working on another customers sandwich. He again replied he hasn’t started on it yet. A little ticked off, I left to go home, took a shower, and washed some dishes. I returned to the store back at 1:30pm and was informed YET AGAIN he hasn’t started on the order. But yet everyone who walked in was helped….
I understand the lack of employees right now in the food industry but come on! He can’t even refund my purchase due to not knowing how. I got a number for a manager named “Nate” called 5 times within 2 hours and could not get through or leave a message due to mailbox is full. Unacceptable….

Placed an online order, giving them a half hour to prepare my order. When I got to Subway the young man behind the counter told me that the order has not been done yet and I have to wait. The young man seemed to be very new at this and the woman was busy taking care of customers. This comment is directed to the owner of this Subway, I don't blame the workers because they can only do their best. I blame the owners

Young female employee, not in uniform, informed me she was on break and it would be 7pm before she could enter my order into the register to cash me out. Young man, from another location made all 3 of my subs was polite but only put very little lettuce, onions on each sub, really don't think that the proper meats were used. Worst experience at that location and I will go to Jersey Mike's down the road from now on for much better service.

Worst Subway store I have ever encountered in my life. Workers are horrible & they are constantly out of ingredients, food, drinks, everything. I have no idea how this store operates or is still running. This has been a problem for 2 months now. Ridiculous and will be calling corporate to let them know. Horrible.

We ordered 3 sandwiches off the app with a coupon and we arrived at subway only for them to charge us 3 times and be closed. No sign on the door and google says they’re open. I’m hoping we get our money back, what a scam company.

The worst subway visit I’ve ever had, the place is dirty,there’s missing a lot of ingredients, the employees are so lazy,the cookies were bad, I do not recommend this subway location

Came in tonight for some tasty subs. Very clean restaurant, extremely nice, respectful, and pleasant staff. Thank you for making our subway experience great :)

Dale was very polite and friendly, was more than helpful and cheerful, however the girl crystal STILL has a snobby attitude! If she doesn’t like her job she needs to find a new one. Her rude attitude has been present every time I have ordered from this location. Today was my last time being a customer at this location. Customers deserve to be greeted and attended to with a pleasant attitude, not greeted with dirty looks and snarky comments under her breath. Please address this properly
