This branch of Chick-fil-A on Bloomingdale Ave. In Valrico Florida had excellent drive-thru service. They were very polite, friendly, and efficient. The food was as expected, excellent !!!!!! 4/27/2022 Visited this Chick-fil-A again, was very busy, but the BEST DRIVE-THRU FAST RESTAURANT IN THE BUSINESS got us through in record time !!!

The workers are very sweet, but the line has just been extremely slow. My biscuits have been a bit hard, chicken minis tossed in box. Hash browns have been pretty skimmed on. And yogurt parf was forgotten. Had to turn around and pick up. Love the workers but not the best last couple of experiences.

The front staff does not work as a team. I was waiting in line (mind you I was the only one in line) and there was clearly 3 people in a group with their backs turned to the register ignoring that I was standing there. No one even greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. After finally about 5 minutes someone came and placed my order in an inconvenienced attitude. I heard many personal conversations from the people behind the counter as they just talked in front of me like I wasn’t there. Very unprofessional I’m giving 2 stars only for the fact that the food was delicious. But for the front staff you are the face of the company when I or any one else walks in.
