Domino's Pizza

I used the app to order my pizza with points, put in my correct address. Got a call from one store who said im outside their area and told me to calm the w brandon location. I asked about the points redemption and they said it'd be fine when they cancel the order. Called the w brandon location and they told me there's nothing they can do, ignored when I asked for manager assistance and told me essential tough s**t. Zero customer service or care. Guess that's fast food for you

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! THEY LEFT MY CHILDREN'S PIZZA ON THE GROUND AND ANTS GOT IN THE PIZZA.WHEN WE TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED IT TOLD MY HUSBAND AND CHILDREN THAT SHE LEFT IT THERE BECAUSE WE DON'T TIP!!!!! WHAT!!! SO BECAUSE WE DON'T TIP ON OUR CREDIT CARD AND WE CHOOSE TO TIP IN CASH UPON DELIVERY SHE DECIDED TO LEAVE THE PIZZA ON THE GROUND.THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!! WE ARE NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! AND I'M LETTING MY NEIGHBORS,FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW TO NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. AND I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE ON MONDAY!

I ordered pizza boneless wings and pasta everything was on the money it was delicious this is one of the best Domino’s Pizza franchises I believe I’ve ate two in many years I had dominoes last week in California and it was terrible I came back home I said let me give it another try and I am happy to say I will continue to eat from this location

HORRIBLE! We ordered 1 our before closing, it showed Jacob has started your order and it will be delivered in 23 minutes. Went back to track the order 20 minutes later so that we can make sure to put the tip outside for the driver shortly before arriving due to the contactless delivery only to see the order was cancelled by Jacob, called the store multiple times no answer. Placed the order again, once again it showed that Jacob started the order, 5 minutes later we get a message from the bank that they refunded my money so we tracked the order to o my see that they cancelled it AGAIN! An hour thinking we’re going to get our food and yet this Jacob person cancelled it twice on us. Nothing else besides drive thrus were open so now I was annoyed because we were entertaining and wanted food delivered, went to the dominos website to see thatJacob is listed as the Manager! You’re a manager and you’re that unprofessional to cancel orders an hour before closing and we literally live less than 3 minutes away! People like him are the reasons business owners are losing money to Uber and other apps because when you try to support local businesses you get screwed. Needless to say Uber eats was able to find us another pizza place and we had our food in no time, I’d rather pay an extra fee then to deal with the inconvenience of a lazy employee.

Ordered Two specialty pizzas for a get together and I was supposed to get an alert when the driver was 2 minutes away. Well I never got the alert so when I did look outside, the pizzas were sitting outside in the cold. I spent $34 on cold pizza. This is my second bad experience with this domino's. I will be ordering pizza elsewhere.
