Mcdonald's

Employees were chasing each other around the restaurant screaming like children and one of them was a supervisor!!! No service whatsoever and when I did finally get my food it looked like this (see picture) I don't expect picture perfect food like in commercials but sweet Jesus make some sort of effort, this is ridiculous! Most of the condiments and tomatoes and lettuce weren't even on the actual sandwich!.....and the fries were cold and chalky. If I could give zero stars I would....

The Manager is always arguing with the workers. I ordered an Happy Meal and a ice cream for my granddaughter and it was falling over the cone. I ask if she could remake it because it would get all over her hands. She yelled at me and said No, I’m not making it over and I said but it will get all over her. She again I ain’t making it. She was yelling in front of people and the workers and was quiet an embarrassment to McDonald’s. I will never go back to this location due to horrible management and no team effort. This is not the first time I’m seen this manager yell at her workers, however, it is the last.

Went to the McDonald's on 60 n Valrico Rd in Valrico, FL. Order a 10piece nugget n lg fry. Which cost over $8. Which is crazy if you ask me. The large fries were $3.69. Well when I got to my car I opened the bag to find that my almost $4 fries were only a little more then half full. Which honestly I think is insane, but maybe the cashier accidentally knocked some out. I go back n show them that the fry is only about half full n a guy that wore a different color shirt (maybe a manager) said that this was the correct amount of fries. He got an attitude n asked, "what so you want more fries?" as if I was asking for something for free. I got angry n took my med fry at a whooping large fry price of $3.69 n left. I understand that wages have gone up n things are getting more expensive but ur not gonna soak me for $3.69 for a pathetic amount of fries with an attitude. I will not return to that McDonald's ever again. I thought the golden arches meant u could count on a decent quick meal. NOT TODAY'S MCDONALD'S. There are so many choices for a quick meal n I will now be finding my new favorite. McDonald's u have forgotten not to take advantage of your customers n are living off of your name. Think of this when u order your next value meal for about $9. Are you getting what u paid for? I think not!!!!!!!

Just spent 45 minutes in the drive through to order only 5 meals. We ordered our meal a total of 8 times to still receive the WRONG FOOD. The girl who took our order was extremely slow and clearly did not care to get our order correct. Then when talking to someone else about the situation, the woman at the second window blatantly ignored our concerns and shrugged us off telling us to pull forward. You will never find me at this McDonalds ever again, I rather make the drive to the Lumsden location. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Made first app order and went through drive thru line to pick it up. It took about 10 mins to get the food. We had 20 nuggets and were supposed to have several dipping sauces and 2 packs of mayo. There were no sauces. I asked a worker if we could get some sauce for our nuggets; she said someone would bring them out. I had 2 small kids in carseats, so I wasn't unloading them just to go inside for sauce, which should have been included with the order (it was on the receipt). After almost 5 mins, we just left because no sauce had been brought out.
