Five stars for the staff. They’re always polite, and the food is always fresh. I’ve never been overcharged, I’ve never had an issue not resolved. I keep coming back, even though it takes longer than I’d like. Can’t say this for every Burger King, but this one is worth the wait.

I do not eat much fast food but have to say this Burger King is clean,every time I have been in here. Love that you can get a fast, cheap burger with all the toppings. I'm not too fond of their fries....but I am extremely picky when it comes to fries.

Very rude customer service. Went there for breakfast this morning, noticed the car in front of me pulled off and left so I can only assume they had the same problem so I pulled up to the order box ,( mind you the whole inside of the store has NO customers) no greeting, I said hello like 4/5 time . Decided to pull up to the window to see if they were open . I get the manager right out the gate tellin me “I said give me a min” which she must have said after I pulled away, she was very rude and I asked if they were open she snaps at me and say yes but I told you to hold on , I told her I’ll just go somewhere else and she said good , went to McDonald’s and the told me good morning and I got my food and I’ll never go back to That Burger King … what happened to customer service? You don’t have to be ugly

Very disappointed tonight. I pulled in the drive-thru and was the only person in line. I was sitting there waiting for them to take my order. They tell me to wait a minute and then another car pulls in the other lane. They go ahead and take their order. Like seriously? I've been sitting there and they tell to wait. I'll never go back. I drove on through. Then the kid in the drive thru yells profanity out the window at me as I drive by. He should be fired!

Burger King has always been one of my favorite burger joints but i think im done with them.Food was cold and my order was screwed up as always i told the guy i wanted cheese on my whopper 2 times and guess what no cheese. Also a fast food restaurant shouldn't take 20 minutes to get your food.

Mobil order- pulled up to the speaker to let them know I had a pick up because the lobby was close and the girl on the intercom was so rude. No pleasantries at all just attitude and short. No hello, nothing. All she said was “give me a minute” waited, let her know I had a pickup and she again said nothing pleasant or without attitude, “pull to the second window” got my food and it was made wrong, the Impossible patty looks like it was microwaved, not even cooked, missing the second patty and she acted like it was the worst thing in the world when I asked for ketchup and salt before leaving the window. Which she only gave me 3 ketchups and dropped one on the ground and didn’t offer to replace it. So again, I had to go around to the speaker to have them fix my order and she seriously Kenmore attitude the second time I went around. Again she said “give me a minute” no hello, nothing. And a “pull around” after I told her the issue, didn’t apologize for their mistake. Very disappointed at the strong decline in Burger King‘s customer service it’s honestly just a disappointment every time I go now.

When you aren't waiting 30 min for someone to finally help you and take your order; you find multiple long hairs in your food. Number on Google also says "disconnected". Just terrible. I'm never satisfied with them. I genuinely don't know why I keep coming back here.

BE CAREFUL!!! They will overcharge you for everything! I went this morning and got 2 combo meals, I wanted to replace the coffee with soda since my kids don't drink coffee, they charged me for the sodas. They should've told me that when I was ordering. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit which is $1.00, they charged me $3.00. My kids were super hungry, we were in a rush. This isn't the time to be overcharging people. We won't return. They can care less.
