Caffe Espressivo

I've tried this place several times and they mess up my orders constantly. There are always gigantic dough bubbles in the middle of the pizzas (see photo) and they never listen to the orders. I ordered for a Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, they left the mushrooms on and just wrote "no mush" on the outside of the bag like I wouldn't notice. This place does not care about the customer.

Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's absolutely terrible. This is your typical fast food spot good for a quick bite but they can be unreliable. I have had to wait multiple times over an hour to receive my order. This order was particularly bad as you can see with the placement of toppings sloppily placed. The wings were barely flavorful and dry with hardly any saice on them at all. Pretty disappointed in this order.

I ordered a chicken philly and this is clearly a steak philly. The female owner called ma a liar and said I made up the fact that I was given the wrong order. Her husband tried to make it right by making excuses because they are short staffed. I appreciate that he tried but it's not enough. I work in the medical field and all it have done is worked short staffed over the last year and a half. That doesn't give the owner a right to call me a liar over a 9.00 sandwich.

Good Afternoon, This is Dave and I just placed my first order with Sunshine Pies. I have been going to Westshore for several years and this was my first visit with Sunshine. When I called in, I was assisted by DJ. DJ was great on the phone and wanted to be certain he had the order and my phone number correct. When I arrived, DJ greeted me and had the order ready to go. Everything was exactly as I had ordered and the food was outstanding. Thank you DJ for you help and we will be back for sure.

It wasn't inedible, it actually wasn't even terrible, but it wasn't West Shore. I felt a little mislead by the person taking orders who said everything was the same, just a new name. It wasn't the same though. It wasn't the same ingredients, it wasn't the same suppliers, recipes have changed. Most importantly, it didn't taste the same; it was lacking the flavor and pizazz of West Shore's food. We will probably order from here again, but probably not anytime soon; nor with the one to two orders per week we had been getting, maybe once every month or two.

I've been a westshore pizza customer for over 20 years. Not this particular location, but I've been a customer here since 2017. Today I ordered a plain cheese pizza. It was pretty awful. How can you screw up a plain cheese pizza ?!?!?!?!!!!!! They managed to figure out a way. I like a thin crust, but this was like a matzoh with no taste. And they burnt it on one side. Almost no sauce as well. Hey you stopped doing the buy one get one half price, the least you could do I'd make a decent quality cheese pizza for $17 bucks.
