Montana's

There is a nostalgia to Montana’s that has us going back from time to time. I absolutely love the decor, but the restaurant often has rowdy children running around. The menu is full fat, deep fried American style food. You will not be able to stay on a diet here! The food isn’t innovative, but is decadent and enjoyable. He had a grilled cheese hamburger and quite loved it (a hamburger with grilled cheese for the buns). I had the fried chicken waffle sandwich. I had asked if it was sweet and told it was more savoury... I found it to be very sweet and not so ideal for a dinner, but reasonably enjoyable. We shared the cookie skilled for dessert and will defiantly be going back just for this! The table cloths are brown paper you can draw on with the provided crayons. We were having a great time playing tic tax toe and hang man... then we realized how much paper Montana’s must go through and lamented in our participation.

Amazing ! We had a great time ! Service was super fast .. even our food was fast ! Our server was very friendly and always on top of everything we needed .. the spinach dip is by far my favourite out of the restaurants we’ve been too ! (There’s been a lot ) I strongly suggest trying the big momma drink ! Delicious and could be dangerous !! Will definitely return again !!

Good, casual, family place. Nice Canadian vibe, tv screens (albeit a bit smallish). We were a party of 5, 2 adults. Everyone enjoyed their food (steaks & burgers). Didn't notice any music, but conversations all around made good atmosphere. Main courses with drinks & deserts all around, $114. All in all, excellent value. Would highly recommend.
