Cobs Bread

Scones, scones, and more scones! They have breads too but I sought out Cons for scones. The lemon blueberries are still my fave but you really can't go wrong with any of them whether berry white chocolate, cinnamon, double chocolate. They make them right on site which is neat. Friendly folks work at this location.

I bought a loaf of Challah Bread. It is so soft and moist.... no butter or margarine needed!! It’s that delicious and just melts in your mouth. You can have them sliced regular or thick. I opted for regular. Blueberry Scones loaded with lots of blueberries with a sugar coating. A bit on the sweet side but perfect with a cup of coffee. The staff here are pleasant and helpful. Went into the store with a coupon (buy 6 scones, get a loaf free) and had specific scones picked out. When going through the list was told my staff member that most of the scones we wanted were not in stock. So we got whatever they had, and by that time we couldn't even keep track of what flavours we got as we kept getting dismissed with a curt "I don't have that.". We bought another batch of scones, wanting to get the savoury ones. As they had none of those in stock as well, we just opted to get the same ones as our first batch. Rather than checking the first box of scones to see what she hand picked out, the employee responded with "I don't remember what you got." It would seem that the employee should have been mindful enough to open the first box to see what she placed. As a customer making last minute selections to avoid causing a line up, it's unlikely I will remember my selection. Charged us incorrectly as well, and that also needed to be rectified. Service here has been very on and off, and agreeing with other reviews posted, the older male who works in the store is not the most customer oriented. As a 5 star review from the owner's husband posted it is under new management, would highly suggest staff be trained on delivering customer service. Will likely stop shopping here.
