Ben & Jerry's

Went here tonight. What an awful experience. Place looks dirty. Napkin dispenser is empty asked the kid working for some and he said they don’t have any. Then We paid for our 2 small cups of ice cream with our debit card. The worker asked if we want a receipt we said yes. All of a sudden his computer freezes up and says he could give us one. Then the people we were with wanted to order ice cream and he told them he would give it to them for FREE because computer is not working.. This is not how to run a business. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS !!

I was excited when we found a Ben and Jerry's - I had high hopes going in! But shop was depressing - dated, tiny ice cream cabinet with only half the flavors even labeled. They were out of waffle cones, and the cone we did get was stale. Definitely not the experience I anticipated from such a big name shop. Girl behind the counter was sweet though.

So, first off, I tried to pay in cash, the young kid who tried to complete my transaction said that he would no be able to give me back change. I said, that is stealing, beacuase you are accepting legal tender and not giving me back my correct change, he said not really. So I suggested to pay with a card. Then he said ok. Second, it is now 917PM, store states it closes at 930, but they have turned away five customers stating that they are closed? Somewhat confused because Ben and Jerry's states 930 closure, but they are closedat 917. Music is blarring inside, but no one is doing anything except for turning away customers, turning away profit, not really a business I thought, turning away money , not if I owned or managed this place. If I were the owner/manager, I would consider which teenager I would hire to run my business on a Saturday evening, or should I say which teenager I would fire for loosing me potential repeat customers or for not making a profit.
