Typical dinner serving excellent pancakes. Meets standard. No complaint. Was seated quickly. No wait time. Depending on your schedule, I guess. Not too sure about them changing to iHob...

one of the things that one looks for is the food of course but the courtesy of the people that are working in the restaurant is important to, They are friendly and the restaurant is cleaning the food is okay and the service is fast I personally recommend

Sit wherever you like. Plenty of parking, too! PLEASE tip your server 20% or more. Volume is down (4 customers a day?!) and they're putting themselves out there, in harm's way. (4 instead of 5 stars 'cause their prices are SKY HIGH for mediocre fare.)

When I travel I always eat breakfast at one of the big national chains.
Today I found the best IHOP in the country. Everything was perfect, the service, the food, and the restaurant itself. Kudos to the owner, managers, and staff.

Decent food every time. Grand slam with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for my pancakes always works. Or a rooty tooty fresh and fruity. Just add bacon.

I give this restaurant a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a one the entrance is so confusing to find and for what and it is very small and ghetto if you have phobia of small spaces don’t bother coming and second the bathroom has TWO stalls and one is so small someone over 400 pounds won’t fit like is that discrimination? And there’s almost no customers here and it’s kinda sketchy btw if you see toilet paper messes in the bathroom it was me 💕
