The food was terrible, the dumplings looked nothing like the pictures on the menu and the shrimp tempura was super greasy. Easily the worst food court at the mall.

This Manager told me F’ You. When I tried to explain I was allergic to shrimp after his employee plucked shrimp from my order an I witnessed it. They didn’t know I seen. This disappointment of a manger needs to be fired. I will be filing a formal complaint with the health board. This man has no respect for my life apparently! I felt so disrespected. Sarku Japan will be hearing more from me! Be cautious!

They need better training on new employees or better lead/manager on this area. Or atleast give better treatment for those who really work hard for giving us the best food and treatment.

Food is good, but those new employes need to learn about customer service, after i placed an online order and pay for extra sauce they refused to give me any.

Food took an hr as estimated..thats why 2 stars..asked for extra wasab6/horseradish ..not fulfilled..order was wrong..foid was not correct at all through uber eats..called restaurant 5 yimes no answer at 6pm..ubre eats never responded

There food at first was good but after a few visits they disappointed me they do everything to fast that the food is not fully cooked and has no flavor!!! Never again plus ordered on the phone and when we went food wasn’t even ready !

The teriyaki chicken was delicious. However, the rice was soggy and mushy almost like oatmeal, the noodles were also soggy and not cooked enough, and not a single employee even smiled at me. Overall, my experience was poor.
