Round Table Pizza

I order for delivery every time, and every time my food is delivered it is a minimum of 20 minutes later than the website says it will be. That has come to be expected of this establishment. We order the same thing every time, and 50% of the time it is wrong in some way. Not a big enough way to do something about it, but still wrong! This time, the guy didn't have a receipt or us. Once he left we began to dig in, and found that the flat bread we received was not the flat bread we ordered. Tried to call the store and the phone number has been disconnected. So I have to drive my ass after paying a $3.25 delivery fee just so that I wouldn't have to drive. And waiting another 20 minutes(after being delivered 20 minutes late) for them to correct the order. AND be told they don't have a phone number right now. AND THEN they did not want to refund ANYTHING! Pizza was good though. Good food, horrible service.

I come from out of state to enjoy the time I am having here, however, I came to try round table for the first time in my life. My family suggested that my mother and I should try it out. There was a very rude older man there taking our order, he would one word us every time we asked him a question. I was pleased with the food but not with the service.

Extremely disappointed. When you pay $28 for a pizza with an extra topping on the side (which I didn't receive for the second time in a row) you expect a decent amount of toppings. I got the pizza in a heart shape for my boyfriend and they didn't cut it as advertised. The last time we ordered their specialty pizza they forgot a topping which normally comes with the pizza. Tried to give them another chance but there's no way I will ever waste my money there again.

Very sad, pizza is fine ..it's the management, I called and had pizza delivered to my house 3weeks ago... they took over an 1 1/2 hr to deliver.. the manager promised me a free large pizza next time I called.. so I call today to get free pizza and am told "I'm not on the list". So ya I'm a bit up tight at this and hang up.. so I call back , say the hell with it ..I like the pizza!! To get a delivery ! Still I'm not happy about being lied too !!! But I call for pizza and am told I'm not in their delivery zone of five miles... WTH they just delivered here 2-3 weeks ago... they lie , dishonored their word and now I've got to check my account to see if he gave me discount I was told at time of there mistake to begin with... I'll not be going there again, pizza hut delicious pizzas can have my business from here on out..
