Domino's Pizza

Every online or phone ordering experience has been pleasant, easy and noted exactly as I ordered. Comes hot, with good timing, plenty of toppings at a great price. I love how I can track the process from "Start" to out the door for "Delivery" all the way to arrival, which helps me with timing to set the table. The delivery drivers are always friendly. (Specialty Pizza- medium "Extravaganza" and medium "Ham-Pineapple" both hand tossed)

So I waited for my delivery for an hour and a half after that I called and the employee that answered the phone assured me that the delivery will be there soon after 2 1/2 hours and a third phone call they told me we could remake your pizza and that it would be another 45 minutes for them to deliver so I asked for a refund the shame on you guys this is the second time Domino’s has done this to me

I placed an order last night, and it was never delivered! I stayed up literally past midnight because I was thinking they were probably just busy, but no! They never came, I tried to call them & because I waited so long once I decided to call, they were closed. So I followed up this morning and the manager was so rude and dismissed me! He showed NO EMPATHY & He said he had NOOO record of me ever placing that order. I checked my records and I have the PROOF it was placed and it was placed to THEIR LOCATION! So how is it that I have the record but they don’t? He then basically said he didn’t want to deal with this and told me to contact corporate! I NEVER go to that extent but since he was so rude and I had the proof, I did what had to be done! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE IF THINGS GO WRONG THEY WILL NOT BE WILLING TO HELP!!!!! Order at your own risk!!! But don’t say I didn’t warn you !! 😂
