Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

No working restroom. Sketchy person running the place. Refused to scan Menchies app code for points, but still had the Menchies cups with the QR code on them to put the yogurt in. Refused to use the Menchies gift card I had because system was supposedly down, but was fine with using my credit card. All that bs makes me not trust that the yogurt and the toppings were very safe/sanitary. Avoid this place.

Always amazing. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming to us. We love to sample the new flavor before choosing. They have great selections and label is they're dairy or not which is nice for my husband with lactose intolerance. Reasonably priced and always having coupons to the email. Love it. Also I've never been here and a machine wasnt working

Great place to satisfy your froyo urges. Always a large variety of flavors to choose from. I prefer the sherbets, especially the dole pineapple whip. They've made a few froyo cakes for us over the past few years. And they gave us a discount when we did a flashmob style froyo rush to end a roving kid's birthday party.

They have the BEST flavors that distinguishes them from the other chain froyo spots. Today I tried pineapple honeydew, marshmallow and BlackBerry. And they have the regular vanilla and chocolate for those of us who are less adventurous or the kids who won't try anything but chocolate froyo. Lots of toppings to choose from. One suggestion, maybe the oreos could be broken up into crumb-like pieces instead of serving the whole cookie as a topping. Clean seating area and froyo area.
