Just got ripped off at this location for their "bowls". The main guy taking orders was curt and unapproachable, giving off a "you get what you get" kind of vibe, didn't ask if we wanted anything else added to the bowls, nothing. Chicken was over cooked/burnt, no dressing/sauce added, tried to imagine this on bread, yuck!!

The lady making the sandwich’s today had the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. Made all my sandwich’s incorrect and when told she made them wrong she just started throwing things on them. Someone needs to managed their team here.

Jersey Mike’s is normally easy and simple. However as I was checking out someone came in for a pickup order for Nancy. They mistakenly chose a later time. The girl who’s checking temp of meat, telling people to clean (with the gloves they’re making sandwiches on) is distracted and a mess. I’m paying and the guy says to the person who ordered it will be just a minute and the girl down the line says she’s working on it. Great. Then the girl I’m assuming is the manager says “it will be ready closer to 6:40, tell him that.” So they tell him that a few minutes later. I speak up and say you should make it now. What’s the difference in him cancelling it and getting in line? I mean here on Google you can see order online “ready in 6 minutes.” Your customer is there. Customer service is everything.

Worst service ever coming here.
They had 6 people working and the manager that was working could not listen to a simple order. 2 girls standing there not doing anything at the register. 1 girl cleaning. And 1 doing online orders. The 1 guy was putting meat on the bread and I ordered 4 sandwiches and a bowl and each sandwich that I said was wrong. Had to have them make1 sandwhich over 3 times.

wonderful service! the guy who made my sandwich offered to pay for me if I got it "Mikes way" and It is delicious! ( btw it's a turkey provolone w/ bacon and I'm eating it right now ). sadly I forgot to tip, so the next time I go there, I'll tip double! all in all: Fantastic! much better than subway!

Accidently order a giant Italian sub in Ventura and I live in Santa Barbara. How does this happen? No idea. So, we made a day of it...drove 38 miles, picked up the sub, off to the beach.
Jersey Mike's has a good corporate standard, and these guys hit the mark. Fresh, packed full of deliciousness, neatly arranged, cut and welcoming. Almost like the pictures you see. Place was clean, and efficient, as on a Saturday in Ventura, they were busy.
Staff was friendly, and attentive. Not sure I'd drive 38 miles again, but I would stop here again.
Parking was not an issue. Nice shopping plaza, as well.

Employees here are great. Recently visited this location today, had some lady next in line complain that her sandwich was cut in quarters and not thirds, threw a fit and slammed her hand on the counter because it was the end of the world for her. But being professionals, the employee by the name of Brittany handled the situation like a pro. Brittany, I apologize for the children you have to deal with sometimes, that the lady owes you an apology!! I will definitely be visiting this location again...

I usually have a great experience here, however today I ordered online and I arrived at the store a couple minutes before the food was suppose to be ready. My order was not at the online order pickup table and there was about 9 people in line. I waited an additional 15 mins until basically there was no one left in line. Finally, I was asked if I was here for pick up and to my surprise the order had been ready, but just sitting on the back counter. The food still felt somewhat warm, so I just went on my way. Unfortunately, after arriving home I discovered they gave me the wrong sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is great and I’ll be back, but this was just disappointing.
