Baskin-robbins

We ordered three different flavors of ice cream and I saw the server was going to put all the scoops into a large cup. That was not a problem for me. I requested that she place the three flavors into separate cups. Apparently, this was a problem for the server. My request seemed to put her out as she rolled her eyes. The ice cream was delicious! The rude server, not smiling or providing good customer service was bad.

Located at the five-points intersection in Ventura, this Baskin-Robbins is housed in an older "tent-style" building. There is very limited off-the-street parking, and I believe most spots are reserved for other merchants. In addition to the usual menu, they sell pre-packaged ice cream, as well ice cream cakes.

Went in for shakes, Kevin was so rude and very unprofessional with the service and in the making of the shakes, at all the time of making the products she kept on scratching her head , no gloves on , I asked for a refund on a product that was not done correct , she responded very rude “I Dnt know how to do that you call the manager “ I kept it cool , she kept on looking at me wrong and she called manager , she gave me the refund and threw the money at me,, What was her problem I have no idea, but she needs better customer service training,
