Domino's Pizza

This is the best Dominos in Ventura. I have tried them all. The recipes may be the same, but somehow the food here tastes better. Maybe they make it with love or something, I don't know. This one has the best quality of food. I basically order the same thing every time we order from Dominos. Same food, made at different locations; these guys make the best pizza!! Best part is that Dominos hasn’t raised their prices!!! They are feeding lots of hungry people; I really appreciate them for being real and keeping prices where they are. It helps everyone. Thanks Dominos!

Horrible customer service. Ordered delivery from the app, they messed up our order and the “manager” Jesse told us the only way we could get a refund was we had to drive the pizza back to the location. First of all, I’m 8 months pregnant on bed rest which is why we ordered delivery to begin with, and why should WE have to leave our house to return our order that THEY messed up? After supposedly talking to his manager, he came back on the phone saying there was nothing that can be done other than his first offer which was we had to return the pizza. I have worked in customer service for 17 years and I know how you should and should not treat paying customers. Just horrible.

I order pizza from this location pretty regularly....and when they started the contactless delivery system because of covid I was very happy. So for the first few months of quarantine the delivery drivers have been leaving the pizza on my door step and ringing the bell and leaving. Great! BUT...the last 3 orders I have placed in the last 3 weeks, this older female employee who delivers refuses to just leave it at the door and she continues to stand at the door until you come and open it. She calls my phone when I don't come to the door, she does not understand contactless delivery. Also she crams all my pizzas into her bag and they are always crushed when she pulls them out. There was also one male employee that delivered last week and he too stood at the door and did not do contactless delivery. A bit disappointing. Their ordering site even makes you acknowledge that they do contactless delivery.
