Sooo so so good! Everyone really enjoyed the cupcakes I ordered for my birthday. They did not last long (i.e. got eaten up right away). Wish I got better photos of the cupcakes but that's besides the point. I got peach and gluten free vanilla. The cakes were super moist and the butter cream was very good. I'm really satisfied with how the flower designs turned out as well. Thank you so much!

Our wedding desserts were absolutely incredible. Our wedding cake was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The cupcakes we had were all delicious and looked beautiful! Craig’s was incredibly helpful throughout the entire cake design process, and was great helping us through the final decision making. Our cake was the perfect touch to our day! Thank you, Craig’s!!

Craig's will be doing our wedding cake. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've had to change our wedding date not once but twice. The first time, not only did they respond promptly changing the booking, but they also invited us to pick up, at no charge, a mini-cake on the date on which our wedding was supposed to take place, to commemorate what was supposed to be our big day of celebration. We have no doubt our cake will be delicious - we've been to the tasting already, and their options are out of this world - and gorgeous, and of course we'll update once we have had the cake itself, when our wedding is able to take place. But Craig's deserves recognition for their understanding and willingness to help us navigate a chaotic time. We'd highly recommend them! UPDATE: No surprise - Craig's did an amazing job at our wedding! People loved the cake (which turned out beautiful - simple, elegant, and exactly what we wanted!), and the business's willingness to let us offer four different flavors meant that there was a perfect flavor for everybody. Thank you!

If you're looking for someone to do your wedding cake, I highly recommend choosing Craig's Cake Shop. Not only are they the kindest people you will work with, but their cake is next level good. With one tier we went with the lemon poppy seed with the lemon poppy seed icing and it was unbelievable. They also did a great job of staying in communication with us and even gave us a free cake for our wedding anniversary!

Amazing wedding cakes! My daughter and fiancee (now wife) started this process by picking up a huge plate of samples. We had a fun time tasting all of the different combinations and selected 3 cake flavors with their wonderful mousse fillings and delicious signature frosting. The brides liked the budget friendly idea of having a smaller cake to cut and variety of "backroom" sheet cakes to have the caterer cut to serve on a cake table for guests to pick from. Each slice was HUGE! The cakes and the mousse fillings were outstanding! We received so many compliments on their wedding cake selections. Elisa and her staff were wonderful to work with and their delivery service is a bonus. Thank you so much!

I gave this a second chance to gain a higher perspective hoping for better performance and quality cakes, but it was a Second failure. If you want to drive the distance to Verona and not be acknowledged and ignored while waiting five minutes for over priced mediocre pastries this is the right place for you. Some seem to have a different experience here, but not sure what makes this determination. Taking a gamble on possibly destroying very enjoyable occasions doesn't seem worthwhile, so I suggest taking your money and business elsewhere for a guaranteed professional customer service experience and quality cakes.

Ordered a set of cupcakes to test for birthday cake but they apparently gave out one that they weren't going to make anymore after this month (then why include it in the tasting set?). Then they said they can't take orders even two weeks in advance (after telling me literally two days ago that two weeks advance notice would be fine). Cake was fine but I'm pretty disappointed in the customer service.
