Rating of one star is TOO generous!! Both of our Beef Pho came with not one but multiple pieces of totally uneatable beef. Beef I wouldn't even feed to my dogs. Can anyone say choking hazard!!! Here is the best part, I was asked "how is everything?". My reply "horrible, those pieces of beef are unedible.". To which I was told "they cut it fresh from the bone"... Wait, what??!!!? I point to the bad unedible beef and that prompted some nonsensical reply conveying QUALITY? WHAT?? And insult to injury nothing what comped or reduced, full price. They are lucky no one started chocking!! Horrible horrible horrible, stay away!

Food is a 5/5. Soup is always hot and tasty. Sushi and sashimi is always fresh. I’ve had the shoyru ramen, pho beef and wonton. All were delicious. I’ve tried half of their rolls and all are pleasant. Sit at the bar if you want to see your food made (and maybe served faster, but we’ll get to that part) Service is a very low one. I don’t know what happened to this place. The newer waitresses are slow, inattentive and forever hiding in the back. I miss the old waitresses. They made the restaurant perfect. They were speedy and on top of things. New waitresses exact opposite. I highly recommend sitting at the bar. If you sit at the tables, your food might sit at the counter until one of the waitresses come out and bring it over. Eating here used to be a very quick ordeal. Used to be promptly seated, order immediately and food came out, no lie, 5 minutes later. Now it’s wait to be seated, when the restaurant is empty, get seated wait for someone to come back to make the order, and then wait half an hour for everything to come back. And if they say another table or two when you were seated, it’s gonna be a minute. The food is delicious but the way the service is coming, my go to may have to change.

This place has the worst sushi I've ever had. I was very hungry and couldn't even finish either roll we tried. On top of that, it was a very unwelcoming environment, the waitstaff ignored is and hid in the back. When we asked for another set of chop sticks because one of our sets only came with one stick, the waitress rolled her eyes at us and never came back.

I am very familiar with excellent sushi, considering I reside in the Las Vegas area. The Nigiri sushi I ate here is mediocre at best and at least unlikely to cause food poisoning. I find the entire experience at the Turning Stone to be disappointing with exception of Turning Stone Steakhouse. Only the steakhouse compares favorably to *real* casino hotels in Vegas.

Maybe it was a bad night for the staff or something; but our meal was horrible. The broth had no flavor, noodles weren’t very good- over cooked and no flavor at all. Meat in the soup wasn’t good either. Added hot sauce and still not good! My wife ordered a different soup than me and hers was awful too. Rating it a 2 instead of 1 because the spring roll was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Hope they improve! Ended up trashing our meal and enjoying a $3.00 slice of pizza that was amazing from the food court. Even told the waitress how disappointed we were and she just shrugged, kinda smiled and gave use our bill!
