Papa Johns Pizza

Store opened at 5. I called at 5:15 to order a pizza. Team said the store opened at 5 and they needed ten minutes to get their system up and ovens heated. I called back at 5:30 minutes later. Team said they needed ten minutes to get system up and ovens heated. They hung up on me. I was not able to place a take out order.

When you call to place an order you do NOT get the local store. Very aggravating to place an order and be told you are not in their delivery area when you are only a few blocks away!! Then they tell you a price get your card #, put you on hold and when he comes back it is over $10 more then what he said the first time.

We got a card for a free pizza. So we called and let them know we had a card from the manager for a free pizza. He said he would transfer us to the front desk understandably. (I figured we would have to let the manager know we had the card.) He transfers us and the phone clicks and hangs up. So I call back and tell him what happened. He was nice and transferred me again. I literally sat on hold for 10 minutes and then gave up. We would have gone to the restaurant but we decided not to take the time since we were frustrated at this point and we live an hour away. I will say the man I spoke to was nice though. I didn’t have an issue with him.
