Was told they aren't taking orders right now, As a person in front of me gets their food. Then I call and ask why. She says because they are behind and trying to stock up and only 2 of them there. Didn't realize taking orders for food was an option. Thank rallys.

Food was pretty good but it all needed to be done.
Burger was like medium rare and my fries were a bit limp

I ordered delivery and they put me down for pickup and when I called to cancel the order they refused to pick up the phone and when I called customer service to get a refund since I didn't get my food they said the money would be put back on my card within 5 days.. here over 2 weeks later and the 32 dollars still hasn't been refunded to my card this place is a total rip off

Literally the last 3 out of 4 times of going to rallys in Vincennes they always say they are closed. 8 on weekends? Just went at 10:05 am and they said they were closed. Look how much business they are losing because of lazy management.

The food,prices,order accuracy and customer service are all TERRIBLE. I most definitely do NOT recommend this place !

Worst it has ever been.. chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for days.. everything was stale.. tasted like it was days old.. service was friendly. But food was awful.. I can say I won't ever be back..

2 big Bufords, 2 French fries, and a banana shake was purchased on Nov07, 2021 at approximately noon. The ff were hot and fresh! The shake was frothy and warm. The sandwiches were terrible at best. No cheese, minimal condiments and cold patties. My husband really likes Rally’s and commented “this absolutely the worse Rally’s anywhere”. If you like Rally’s you are better off to skip the Vincennes location.
