Panera Bread

You order by yourself on a board now. Kind of confusing to find any good deals with meal deals. Food came out quickly but the meat was piled into the center for the sandwich and not much on the sides and the bread was tough. I don't know if they used day-old bread or if that's their new recipe but for the price I paid for the sandwich and soup, I think I could do better someplace else. Staff that served it through the window was kind.

The staff and the service was absolutely amazing. Bad thing. The one down fault is the drink carrier has to be the worst thing I have ever used. While leaving the store drinks fell out of it while using two hands then in the car using my brakes the drinks flipped forwards out of it. If you're buying more than one drink bring your own drink carrier or do not buy multiple drinks unfortunately.

Stuff here's delicious. I haven't been to Panera very many times in my life, since I'm sorta new to the area, but I always find myself taking till the last minute to order because every option sounds good, even to a pickypants like me. The tip jar is criminally empty for the quality of service, as the people ringing me up are always energetic and friendly, even on busy days. There's just one thing. I've only been here twice, but both times I've come, there's been a singular fly behind the glass, harassing the pastries. It makes me mad because I know he's not a paying customer. I can't swat him away myself either, because he knows he's safe behind the glass, and I feel bad asking an employee to try and get him. So I ordered the cinnamon roll since it's in its own little box. Other than that, I loved the food and I can't wait to come here again!
