Coco's Shaved Ice

The product was amazing. The only reason I'm putting 5 stars is because I felt rushed. They have like 67 flavors (exaggerating, but not by much) and each one can have one of five specialty preparations. There are different sizes and different products and prices. The signage indicates that they want you to go fast. You really should because there's not much room for a line of cars. It's a bit daunting for someone who gets a sno-cone every 3 to 5 years. I love them. I should get them more often, but I forget. The large isn't really that large, but there's plenty of syrup so no ice is uncovered. I hate getting to the bottom and finding plain ice.

I will never take my child here again!!! I have been taking her to this place since she was 3 she is now 12. The level is respect that the manager gave my family was unreal all because he could not hear my daughters order. Cocos will never get another penny from me and I would not recommend any of my family and friends to go there for anything!!! I also ask to speak with the owner and I was advise by “Ulysses “ the manager that the owner was not available and nor did he have a phone number for him. So this will continue to happen to paying customers??? 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
