Jimmy John's

Store was incredibly dirty, and one of the employees had two children running amok, so sitting down to enjoy my food wasn't an option due to them being all over the store and them having multiple tables with various items on them. In addition, this location seem to be not as clean as other locations. The bathroom was out of soap, and the trash looked as if it hadn't been changed in days. This will certainly deter me from any trip to Jimmy John's in the near future.

My husband went in to order, came home and both orders were completely wrong. I called twice to see if they could do anything about it or at least refund us. She denied with attitude, and when I asked to speak to a manager, all she said was I’m not the manager with extreme attitude. She was very rude, and hung up. $34 down the drain and as long as she is working there we will no longer be return to that location which is such a shame as we are very good customers.

The 3 young ladies that worked the evening shift on 5/6/22. 1.Didn't greet a potential paying customer 2. While I'm standing near the register neither of them acknowledge me or ask if I had any questions or was ready to order. They just continued carrying on with their conversations as if no one but themselves were present in the restaurant. I ended up just walking out and spent my money else where.
