Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered about 4 drinks and a PB flatbread on Sunday and wow was I unsatisfied! I come to this cafe about 3-4 x a week because I love there smoothies. But on this day I don’t know what happened. 2 of my smoothies had no taste and mine which was the banana chia boost Smoothie was so chunky and thick I couldn’t drink it. It was tasteless and not blended well. The lean machine was so watered down and also unflavored my daughter couldn’t drink it. The flatbread was so cold we threw that away too.. We couldn’t go back right that second because we were on our way to church. But we did go after church and still waited about 45 minutes at the drive thru because the lobby was closed and at the end they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I was so upset especially as many times as I go there. I’ve spent about 30$ there that more than half went to the garbage. I haven’t gone back and won’t go back either . From a very unsatisfied customer !

I ordered delivery thru Uber Eats. They're great! My order was the Baha chicken bowl with a side of sweet potatoes and I also got the watermelon mojito smoothie. They were all delicious!! I definitely recommend you try them out. Enjoyed the smoothie and the salad had lettuce, with rice, black beans, pickled red onion, guacamole, and chicken. Came with a sauce. Just a little spicy. Enjoyed it. Thank you!

Smoothies at the Waco location are good, but the customer service is terrible. The ladies at the cashier are constantly rude and impatient. Don’t expect a friendly experience, instead prepare for their sarcastic tone or an eye roll if you ask of anything beyond what they feel like doing. I can’t emphasize enough how important having a good customer interaction is. Very essential for business. Highly disappointed.

Horrible experience- I walked in and patiently waited for someone to assist me but was ignored. There were at least three employees in the store. One woman came up to the register and was pushing buttons and she didn’t even say “hello” or “one moment.” I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I usually like tropical smoothie but the employees need serious training in basic customer service.

Was excited to try this place, I have a 7 year old and what 7 year old doesn't love smoothies! Walk in, blaring music... F bomb. Yay didn't know this was a tropical smoothie club. Employess had a hang out station in the seating area with their personal snacks where they were making the music selections. Wait staff were meh. Played on their phones most of the time. Food was decent enough and the smoothie was good. All in all, sad for this place. So much potential, just need leadership to kick it in shape
