Whataburger

The service I received tonight was ridiculous in the drive thru. There is always a wait but the food is usually fresh and served with a smile…but tonight in the drive thru, the young lady working not only had a bad attitude but was very rude while serving it. She started off not wanting to let me place two separate orders which has never been a problem. When I was told this keep in mind there were no other cars in front of me. I explained to her I’ve made two separate orders plenty of times with no problems…she got quiet as if she didn’t want to respond in which I had to say hello to see if she was still there…cutting me off in mid conversation while placing my order. So when I make it to the window to pay she brings her manager with her but neither said anything. If given the chance I would have definitely asked if they listen in on the intercom between customer and employee and she would have heard the blatant attitude and seen her disrespectful attitude while serving me. As a paying customer people deserve respect and to be treated with kindness. If this is how this customer treats customers you may need to reevaluate her social skills for fast food are better yet teach her better customer service. Employee name on receipt Danielle K.

Extremely disappointing “to-go” order from this location. Visiting family from out of state and drove 15 minutes to get lunch for everyone at one of our favorite Texas fast food chains. Get back home to discover my #2 was actually a #1 that did not have jalapeños, but I paid extra for them (can be seen on receipt attached). My wife’s #13 (three piece chicken meal) did not come with white gravy after I mentioned it to the cashier. Lastly, I upgraded to a “Whatasize” without receiving the correct fry size. Check your order before leaving or visit another location.

You know when you're famished and so look forward to WHAT you order? Grrr. I order Whataburger combo #1. Extra onion and mayo.. I get a burger half wrapped in that when I take it out of the bag the lettuce tomato and pickle (yes, NO onion) fall out. As I am putting my burger back together, I notice Mustard and one drop of mayo!! Oh yeah, notice the half full medium fries? Will NOT recommend, much less go back! Oh, what's up with the chunk of chicken on my burger bun. And yes, I'm very HANGRY!

I have been to this Whataburger during the day and was never that impressed but the night crew is awesome. I went tonight at 10:30pm July 5th 2021 and had the best whataburger I've ever had. You can tell the cook actually cared how the food would taste and the crew made it a great experience. The burger was juicy with plenty of sauce and everything was fresh. I had to wait a little longer than usual but it was worth it to get good quality food. Unlike day shift when it's fast, old and dry.

Sometimes it's good others it's horrible. This last visit was horrible..I had to wait over 15 mins in drive thru after paying. One car was the hold up they got their food finally, probably nice and hot too. Then the car in front of me, myself and the car behind me at least all were handed our food right away. The food was cold and didn't taste so great anymore. I don't understand if you have other cars food ready why you don't have the car waiting pull forward and take it out to them when it's ready.

Horrible service in the drive thru! Overcharged for order, then the attendant tried to argue with me as to why it wasn’t right. It was also very slow. After 30 minutes, the one who took my order finally was able to straighten everything out, then when I got home, the order was still not right. When this restaurant first opened, it was great. But over the last 2-3 years, it has been just awful. Hope management changes soon!
