The picture of them bringing your food is a total lie. You have to get up and get it yourself. Not a great service. Fries are cold right at lunch time. They could do better.

This was a beautiful place, comfy chairs and cute little tables, with plenty of plugs. I worked here and found this place very conducive to remote work. Large room in back with plenty of space and privacy.

If I could give this place a 0 i would!!! I am a Door Dasher and went to pick up an order for a customer to be delivered and stood at the counter for ten mins as i watched employees ignore me and other dashers who were there for the same reason. I have no idea whats going on with the employees but this has got to be the worst in waco tx i have ever seen. I watched other door dashers walk out and finally followed suit . This is the reason us door dashers get a bad rating because you business managers need to get rid of people who dont do their job and lack customer service. I realize sometimes things happen but someone should have at least had the respect enough to turn around and say ill be right with you. I NEVER EVEN GOT EYE CONTACT!!! MCDONALDS CLEAN UP YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

My hamburger was still raw. Still red center. Didnt get my bacon I paid for and fries was cold they was out of ice. Like always ice cream machine was broken. Zero stars.

No catsup in the dispenser, soda tasted kind of weak and over-carbonated. You have to either place an order on their app or use the order kiosks that are there. No real way to tell a person your order or changes

McDonald's has been sliding into mediocrity for a long time, but this place takes it to a new level. Food all over the floor, employees cursing and throwing food, lines always ridiculously long (highway traffic, I guess). I have no idea why anyone would go here instead of In-n-Out 100 yards to the north. I went because of my kids - who now NEVER want McDonalds (yeah!).
