Been a while since I ate here, a lot of lettuce. Not a whole lot meat, the taco shell was really crispy, extra, extra crispy. It tasted o.k. Drive-thru attendant was very nice. Wait time was quick.

It was actually really good. The service was great. The gentleman who took my order was super courtesy and professional. I only wish the curly fries would have been cooked a little longer. Besides that I will be back!

One of the last Jack in the Box restaurants in the area. So if you want something late at night that's quick, you better place it on the mobile app. I may have waited behind 2 cars (after 3 decided to leave) but it was ready to go the moment it became my turn. With such a short staff, the team that worked that night (5.27.22) needs a raise. Maybe one day corporate will realize giving a raise does more than commercial air time. The young lady at the window was so kind when I would've locked up and shut down. Keep your head up honey 🙌🏼

Food was fresh and hot, the restaurant was out of lot of items on the menu. Some items prices have changed. Over all its probably better to go in the afternoon hours. At nite it's a long wait for your food.

The customer service is the worst I've experienced so far here in Waco. They don't upsell nor do they treat the customers with respect. I give this place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered 4 tacos. Told me she could only give me EXACTLY 4 taco sauces. She actually refunded my order rather then give me more the 4 sauces. Left with no food. Complete indifference to the entire situation, literally didn't care. TERRIBLE SERVICE. (To the franchise owner 5-9-2022 - 4:45 PM. You are losing business bro.)
