Baskin-robbins

This location is part of the Dunkin Donuts if you are trying to find it. A great part about this is that you can get ice cream and coffee right in one location. They have great chocolate ice cream and make delicious thick shakes with it. Their fresh baked waffle cones are very good and go well with most flavors of ice cream they offer. There's ice cream cakes for just about any occasion and even seasonal designs.

Deceiving register service Tell me how I have $12 baskin-robbins gift card and I am about to pay for 2 quart size pre-packed ice cream. The middle aged lady tells me that there is a promotion for 3 for 12 or something. OK. I fig 1 is 5.49, i might as well get the promo. I buy a 1/2 dz donut on promo for 4.49, she says she can put it in the same receipt. Cool. The total is 18+, i pay 12 with the gift card, the rest with my CC. Then she says she has to charge the 3rd tub which will be 6 and change . I asked her, didn't you already charge it? she says no because price is for 2. What? so i tell her i don't want the 3rd tub. She says Ok im good to go. I tell her i don't understand how i had to pay 6 something extra if the promo is 3 for 12 and I paid for the 1/2 dozen. She mumbles , i only understand 1/2, i don't want to make a scene bcus the line is getting longer so i left. In the car i see that she charged for the 3 tubs + the donuts, my 12$ GC was accepted as well as my debit payment. In conclusion, either she is not fit to work there because she has no idea how to do math or speak, or she is purposely doing this to trick customers and steal on the side or w/e. Anyway, i don't suggest you go there unless you want to be overcharged, or if you are not scared to argue ( i am sometimes :) ). PS: the was no mentions of the promo she mentioned so i couldn't even reason with her, she just kept repeating the something 'oh but that's different' WORST BASKIN-ROBBINS EXPERIENCE AND LOCATION

Just came here with my boyfriend & the customer service was horrible. An older man with greenish/blue eyes made my boyfriends order wrong, he asked for a sundae not a sandwich. When we told the employee he got mad and sucked his teeth. The whole entire time he was giving us the stank eye. We took the sandwich anyways but even then so it was made poorly. It was completely smushed and broken. I wish I can rate this place less.. My experience there wasn't great at all. There's many other icecream places around the area, go there!
