Disgusting company , my food came late and the driver did not apologise or give an explanation for the time delay. I initially placed my order via just eat and decided to pay in cash , the driver as mentioned arrived around 15 minutes later than expected, , the quality of the food was terrible . I ordered wedges , chips , a 10 inch pizza and 2 cans of 330ml 7UP. Packaging of food came wet and soggy however it hadn't been raining and food was even in a worst state , the pizza was cold and worst of my wife found long black hairs in her wedges , when I looked I found the same think in my chips . I will never be ordering from this company again and recommend you think twice.

Ordered via just eat which didn't tell us that the shop had been closed over an hour. But our order went through. The owner very kindly made our pizzas and delivered them to us regardless of an error which was our fault. There was some confusion over payment as it was cancelled through just eat and when the man came he expected cash which we didn't have 😬 but all was solved when we took cash up the next morning.

Very poor compared to other chicken shops in the area.
Chips are slightly soggy.
No form of chilli salt or spice of any sort.
The chicken was blacked at the ligaments and the hot wings were very small.
Service was poor. It took us 30 mins to order food when there were no other customers present.
This may be influenced by the fact that we ordered at half 11, but I'm still disappointed.

We are regular customers so you can imagine our extreme disappointment when our chicken turned up after waiting 90mins and the hot wings were all in the same box as the regular chicken. They used to use a large pizza box so all the chicken was spread out, now the Box is tall and narrow and all the chicken and wings were piled on top of each other so all the coating and skin was falling off.The box was all soaked from the heat of the chicken so it was falling to pieces.
The chips were boiling hot so couldn't even hold the Box as burnt fingers. The coleslaw was watery and tasted very strange.
We have been left very disappointed with the delivery and the food and we will not be using tjis take away again.
I will be speaking to the trading standards about this as I feel it was not acceptable to deliver food at this standard and state.😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

ordered a meal deal 2. they gave me the wromgs meal(chips instead of garlic bread) and they messed up the pizza. wanted bacon not sausage. i asked delivery man where the garlic bread was, he insisted i had it all. but i didnt. didnt even get the dips. defo tell that they write some of there own reviews. not ordering from here again

This is a disgusting company and I must do all I can do in my power to make sure that nobody makes the same mistake that I have once made.
If you are HUNGRY and thinking about ordering from this restaurant then please think twice and read my review and then decide for yourself.
My name is John George and I ordered from this company on the 30th April 2019 via just eat and opted for cash payment.
The driver arrived around 15 minutes late and stayed in his vehicle for around 5 minutes whilst calling me and telling me to come down and collect the pizza, eventually he came up but was very reluctant to do so. I had 2 £10 notes and my order was £10.84 after explaining I don't have change the driver said "well neither do I I'm not a bank , if you don't have the money for the pizza then I will leave it's fine by me" as I was hungry I searched my house for the remaining 84p however once I had payed and was handed the food it was in such a bad state , the packaging was wet and soggy although it hadn't been raining tonight and the food was even worse I ordered a pizza wedges and chips and surprisingly all items were disgusting , the food was cold and the worst of it was in my chips and wedges I found long black hairs, (quite a noticeable amount) it was bad enough that I had to stop eating the food and me and my wife threw it in the bin.
I am pursuing a complaint via just eat and will be reporting this company to trading standards as the quality of food being produced is not of a satisfactory level and by all means should not be sold let alone consumed by members of the public or individuals such as my self a lecturer who decided to order a takeaway with the wife.
I would highly recommend that you stay clear from this restaurant there are many wonderful alternatives within the Wellington area and I guarantee that you will be disappointed with the quality of this food as many others have been (if you read the reviews ) it's a shame because I've eaten from pizza hot4u however this branch is not up to scratch nor is it up to the standards of the one within north London. Disgusting food terrible service
Please for your own good stay clear or you can give them a try . The decision is entirely yours

My food was 45 minuites late. It was cold when it arrived, didn’t even get an apology or a discount for next time. (free drink or something etc) food is not worth the price, small portions and awful quality. Staff were extremely unhelpful on the phone. Would never order from here ever again!

Food quality is terrible and I found long hairs in mine and my wife's food. I Have complained to this company on several occasions and I have began to proceed with the complaint procedure in regards to just eat. The quality of food provided by this company is atrocious and I must do all I can to prevent sorry members of the public from making the same mistake which I have made
