The kindest and most generous lady in Wanaka works in this little food truck. Not only was the food amazing and super fresh, but she also packed me some extra lentil fritters to find once I arrived at my friends house.
I ordered the Vegetable Sonar Ga Curry which was very flavourful and the lentil fritter.. wow! I‘d come back just for that! 5/5 would recommend it to anyone looking for authentic food!

To be honest, we typically prefer sitting in a restaurant when we travel. But we were very intrigued by all the positive reviews for Isan so we decided to try it, and it was such a right choice!
The food was so fresh and tasty. Even my partner, who usually doesn’t fancy curry, said that it was the best she had ever tried.

Delicious. Flaky perfect roti. Tender beef curry with all the sides. Amazing samosa chaat. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Couldn't be better.

If you’re looking to score yourself some delicious food then look no further!!
I have never been disappointed with anything I’ve had from here. Tonight I went for the Beef roti roll and the potato chaat.
Ingredients are always fresh and tasty, food is always fragrant and delicious.
I really do believe this food truck is highly underrated in Wanaka, and we’re very lucky to have her here!
So thank you for yet another awesome meal!

Lovely owner and fantastic food with a good curry to rice ratio! Delicious potato samosa, great portion for the price and yummy potato roti. Would highly recommend!

The extremely lovely lady owner makes absolutely wonderful food. We had a bit of everything & all of it was delicious. The beef curry melts in your mouth & the little tub of saucey dippy stuff that comes with the food is out of this world. If it's takeaway night or even if it's not, do yourself a favour & try Isan ❤️

I had the Samosa Chaat and the Beef Curry which came with Daal among other delicious sides. The Chaat was vibrant and bright and the Beef Curry might have been the most tender beef I’ve ever eaten. I will come here every time I’m in Wanaka and the owner/chef is lovely!

What an amazing Curry I had here with a feast of very flavoursome chutneys and vegetables on the side. This place must be on top of everyone's Wanaka-food list! I'll be back here tomorrow...and maybe also the day after tomorrow, and the day after that.
