Gami Chicken And Beer

I went today at around 7 the staff greeted me with no smile. The whole time no one was smiling or nice to any of us. FINE I KNOW ITS HARD TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS but if you can't then don't! You being rude makes customers don't want to visit you again! We spilt one of the drinks by mistake and had to use tissues and needed to get more tissue also unfriendly. When we asked for more tissue and bowls, her attitude made me feel like i have done something wrong AND just before we left we had to get a takeaway container, I asked nicely and she pointed at the containers and just left .. anyway it was very unpleasant experience we wanted to leave asap so we didn't finish our meal and left with takeaway container. I never post anything but this time I had to 😡

More like a 4.5 star. Really nice crispy chicken. Wish there were more of it. Get the original and have the sauces by the side. That will keep the chicken crispy. The table next to us left with their whole serving of chicken untouched. It was soaked with the sauces and I guessed that’s why. Different Gami outlets have their own specialty. This Knox outlet have their own but did not try this time. Will try some of it the next time we visit again.

Came here with the family for a bite and some beers on a Friday night and was able to get a table around 7:30 despite the place and others around Knox ozone being quite busy. We ordered the fried chicken boneless pieces, cheese sticks and some beers. We had to ask about our drinks as the waitresses forgot about them but that was resolved quickly and all the staff were spoke to were very friendly. The only other negative is the location. Unfortunately motorcycles Park in front of the restaurant and the idiot riders don't mind blasting their exhausts straight at the restaurants... Is ridiculous that Westfield allows footpath parking directly within 1m of people sitting at a table trying to eat... The restaurants should ask for the footpath to be motorcycle free.

What I liked at this location was that they had a pictorial version of their menu. Kudos guys! And it was instantly obvious who were the regulars and who were trying it out for the first time. I had my selection chosen because of the last time I had been to one of their city stores. And in doing so, I knew exactly which one to get. First of all, I recommend getting a seat on the inside. It’s way too cold to have it outside. Second, make sure you order things with light meals first followed by the mains, as you will always be grazing. What I recommend? Well, the Kimchi Pancake is perfect and a staple favourite of mine. Spiced in just the right way and vegetarian – scrumptious! However, I then decided to try the Maandu and yes. This time, I also ventured out of my usual Scotch/Bourbon/Whisky selection and had their beer. This, my friends, was the perfect accompaniment to the meal and the fact you can get 5 glasses to a jug – you’re laughing. Overall, I found the service to be ok – they weren’t very attentive and this was dependent on the server. The atmosphere and decor was on point.
