Domino's Pizza

The worst pizza restaurant l ever see. With the new management they recruit clowns not pizza makers. Check in the photos what kind of presentation qualities they have. Very unprofessional service. Even my 7 year old daughter make better presentation than this. Never recommend this poor bunch of pizza makers...

[Edit: Online customer support was great, willing to listen and make changes. For that reason I have changed the rating from 1 - - > 2 Stars.] Wanted pizza. Ordered pizza. No pizza after 40mins. Called to check. Employee/'manager' told me they delivered it correctly and that I had the pizza and was lying. Walked to neighbours. They had pizza. Terrible experience. Still waiting for new pizza. Hopeful will get pizza. (Wrote this in simple language so that the employee can understand and not treat honest customers like liars... Literally told me to "enjoy your pizza 'cause I delivered it to you, I saw you." It was the wrong address. Wouldn't believe me until I went to my neighbours and asked if they got unordered pizza, which they did. Then finally admitted and would make new pizza for me. Wouldn't have believed me if I didn't leave the house to knock on neighbours doors and just left me. They were ok with me going to the store to prove the person who picked up the pizza wasn't me. I mean the service and attitude speaks for itself. So to conclude, 1hr 30min since estimated pizza arrival...still nothing. Well done! Picture shows my empty front door where there was apparently pizza.

Worst Dominos I have ever been to so far. I placed an order online for delivery on Sat 11pm, it was just one half and half pizza (Fire breather and supreme). The store is 2.3KM away from my house. It took them an hour to deliver the pizza. The pizza was really dissapointing. See the attached pictures. The base of the pizza was really soggy, sides werent crusty at all. There were too much toppings, making it really unappealing to eat. Some of the toppings didn't seem like it was cooked properly in the oven. The half of the Fire breather was missing some toppings. I asked to remove pineapple, and they didn't. Suggestion to Dominos Knox: Please make an attempt to prepare the pizza properly. Arrange the toppings so that it's appealing for anyone to eat. Make sure the pizza is baked well.

It was horrible experience. We ordered fine suprime-vege pizza. After 30 min we got pizza. But when we opened box we surprised it was meat Lover pizza. We gave back all five pizza and told that u made wrong pizza. First they said that it's busy right now please eat pizza but we said we can't eat we are vegetarian. They said you have to wait another 30 min. After long wait, we finally got pizza. But when we eat that it was poor quality. Not Properly backed. We eat just one piece and remain thrown it in rubbish. I would like to give just one star.
