Dome Cafe

I like Dome but this place is really nice..! It has a lovely fireplace for chilly evenings, and a bookshelf that provides more than the usual magazine fare, it is above and beyond it's chain franchise. Also a great feature is the extensive sunroom Arnold the side which is just glorious on a winter's day! Generous provision of high chairs, excellent cleanliness and friendly service made our visit very enjoyable. Will definitely make a point of coming back here.

My wife , family and I have been patrons here since it opened. Have never had a negative interaction with any staff members and collectively as a family spend at least $15-20 k per annum.Unfortunately I have cause to complain about our treatment yesterday 05/06/22 After entering premises at 1602 hrs we were immediately approached by the manager who told us kitchen was closed , sign said 5 pm , but ok . She told us 3 x times , I am not deaf. So I thought she’s having a bad day . Can we have coffee take away and a portion of scones please ? No kitchens closed . Sorry Waikiki you dropped the ball here !!I f you can’t rustle up scones in 58 mins you have a serious problem . We were told rather than informed, you are in the customer service industry, I suggest you listen to this as Someone needs a refresher course in managing customers!! Not amused but other staff witnessed this and I could tell by their faces it was not sitting well with them either !!!

Had a meeting called and managed to get in my local Dome .we had all our lunch served up swiftly and perfect including the drinks order perfect and it all made for a successful lunchtime meeting Well done team ,very pleasant and not one complaint.
