Wendy's

Awful customer service. Sat in line in the drive through for 25 minutes, to get to the front and they say we're just cooking your eggs would you mind parking up and we'll bring it out. Parked up and waited another 10 minutes, the people who were behind us (family of 4) got their food bought out (we were just 2 people ordering 2 breakfast sandwiches!). Server then came out with a bag and went to a different car which was empty, we asked out the window is that ours? and he said ours was coming. Waited another 5 minutes and nothing. My husband went in and found that the bag the server bought out was indeed ours and they just left it on the side getting cold and said 'we couldn't find you'!! We should have got a refund but we were so hungry by then and running very late that we just left. Wendy's was our favourite fast food place but wouldn't go there again now. Avoid.

Third time I have been through this locations drive thru. Completely rude service! Each time I have went through and ordered my food I have requested the Chili sauce and have offered to pay extra for it so I could have it for my sandwich. This last time I went through the guy said in a very rude voice “no it’s for the chili” and slammed the window while I was talking. I have visited Wendy’s all over the USA and this is by far the worst customer service I have seen.

Spicy chicken.... Where's the chicken? I think Wendy's needs to challenge itself to have a much better product. In the past, they had one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches available in fast food. Now it's one of the worst. Even McDonald's chicken sandwiches are better. If I were the franchise owner, I'd be screaming bloody murder.
