Jack In The Box

This had to have been the worse service I have ever received at any restaurant in my life and I am 63 years of age. Aside from none of the employees being in uniform or decent clothing after waiting 40 minutes at the drive through window and all the employees just giving me dirty look's acted like they really didn't care. I asked to see the manager. He looked like he just walked off a basketball court he has on basketball shorts and a dirty T-shirt.It was then I decided to get my money back It doesn't surprise me that the owner never leave his name after any of these reviews I wouldn't want my name to be associated with this place either. How you hold a decent enough rating for a license is beyond me must have deep pockets

Went through the drive through this morning on my way to work. 4 employees were standing behind the drive through speaker smoking…fine, whatever, I get it. However, That left one employee inside by themselves. Trying to catch up with everyone’s orders. Finally got my food and ended up with ranch dressing that’s expired and chunky and whatever it is you want to call this. Any guesses on what it could be?!? Very disappointed in the lack of help the employees provided to their coworker.

Not happy with having to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 1 car in front of me. That car only got a small bag. My turn and had to wait another 5 minutes just for a cheese burger and small fries. I could see 5 employees just standing around laughing and talking. When I drove off and took out my fries they where cold. I've never had this issue at this location before. Very disappointed.

The staff is so slow. Half of the employees don't do anything and leave one poor employee to do all the work and some even hide from the window so that it seems like they're closed. Its ridiculous and terrible service. As much as I love Jack's food, im not going to be waiting in a line for 30 minutes just to get a burger and some fries that are either messed up or cold.

There is nobody in front of me in the drive-through. I waited five minutes before I got to order. Waited another 10 minutes at the window before I got my food. I ordered 10 tacos And a spicy triple cheese bacon curly fry. When I place my order at the drive-through speaker box the time was nine after 10. The time that I checked out at the window after he threw the bag at me pretty much was 23 after 10. I like Jack-in-the-Box but I did not like the experience at this Jack-in-the-Box

If i could give negative stars i would give -5 stars.This store has been rude to me every time I have tried to order from them. They are close half the time I go. This has been for over a year Last weekend they were having a party out back and said they were closed at 8pm on a friday. This week they let people order in front of us but made us wait until 10 pm and then they magically closed again on a Friday night. All of their lights and open signs were on as well. Happened to drive past as I was leaving another restaurant and they had people in the drive thru This is the worst jack in the box. Can they either be open their posted hours or close the store. And let a food place that is going to actually be open move in. On a brighter note BURGER KING has been packed every time we have left jack.

I went there drive through tonight for take out that was my first mistake I sat in the drive through for well over a half hour. I ordered a sout dough burger, 6 tacos and 2 orders of onion .nountil . That's what I paid for as well, but what I got was the sour dough burger, and only 2 out of the 6 tacos that I ordered..
